Domestic Shipping Policy

Goods are dispatched within 1-2 business days of receipt (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and weekends).

We ship with Australia Post, and delivery times vary between 3 - 9 days. Please be aware that during peak trading times, your order may take longer to be delivered.

* Up to 5kg, standard postage is free within Australia. Over 5kg, standard postage is a flat rate of $20 anywhere within Australia.

At present we ship only within Australia.

Returns & Refunds


We hope you're completely delighted with your order. If for any reason you are not, we're happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement within 14 days of receipt of the product, unused, and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or refunds.

Return products by Recorded Delivery - Up to 14 working days.
Items returned by post can take up to 14 working days to process. For refunds, we will reimburse you using your original payment method.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be aware that it can take 3 to 5 working days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.
